So, I've had a Tac-14 hard wood for a while, fun to shoot, easy to stash around the house.
Everybody seems to agree however that they benefit greatly from having a brace....makes sense. So I i decide to toss an arm brace on it. But this firearm had beautiful wood furniture....I wouldnt want to ruin that aesthetic! What ever could I do?
Build a goofy ass firearm, thats what.
Queue 1911 style AR grip, and matching 1911 panels. Gotta keep it retro!!!
Oooooh and it matches my ONG 870 so nicely!
Okay, so, it stayed like that, but I got to thinking even more. A lightbulb went on, and I went diggin through my parts bin. Whats this? Laminate?! Heck yes!! NOW We're cookin. Even better than being matchy matchy with ONG Wingmaster, now its matchy matchy with my Police Magnum.
Toss on a TLR1, and I think I've got a pretty dang handy, pretty dang compact, pretty dang unique package.
