The basis of this Forum is to build up, exchange ideas, organize, teach, come together and participate in a way of life we all hold in the highest regard.
The Administrators and Moderators encourage everyone to treat each other with mutual respect. Do not use any communication or collaboration services to threaten, harass, stalk, insult or abuse others participating in these services. Please consider that we are all about mutual respect for ourselves and others. Please be respectful in all areas of the Forum.
Nevada Shooters Administrators and moderators reserve the right to remove any post, posts or thread that advocate violence, slander or bullying towards opposing views or persons who hold them. If it is not in good taste or not being respectful of others, do not post it. Nevada Shooters may remove postings that are deemed inappropriate, offensive or that violate guidelines or these rules. Nevada Shooters may also eject or ban any user temporarily or permanently from the Forum who behaves in a manner that violates guidelines or these Rules and Regulations. By participating in a collaborative service, you agree to be bound to the rules of the Forum the respective sub-forum.
Nevada Shooters does not tolerate disruptive activity online, such as persistent off-topic comments and postings or statements that incite others to violate the rules or participate in illegal activities. Our participants want to chat and post on our collaborative services in a positive environment.
Nevada Shooters does not allow the posting of destructive features, use of computer programs that contain such features, or access to any content that contains destructive features such as: viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or bots for the use of scrolling, showing multiple screens, and other activities that can be disruptive to online communication.
Falsely impersonating Nevada Shooters Administrators, Moderators, agents, owner, host, or any other person with the intent to mislead or cause harm to others is strictly forbidden and will result in an instant ban.
Second Amendment and Political Discussions
Since this Forum is firearms related, we welcome and encourage the discussion of Second Amendment rights. These discussions and topics are further governed by rules posted in the Right to Keep and Bear Arms sub-Forum. All political discussions must be 2A related or they will be locked or deleted. Repeated violations may be temporarily or permanently banned. Please keep on-topic as it relates to the discussion at hand.
Keep It Legal
Nevada Shooters does not condone or allow any illegal activities. You cannot use the collaborative services to publish, post, distribute, or disseminate defamatory, infringing, obscene, or other unlawful material or information. Also, you may not use this Forum to discuss any illegal activity.
You may not use any of the collaborative services for the purpose of linking to external sites that violate these Rules and Regulations.
Do not upload files or post messages that contain photos, music, software or other material protected by intellectual property laws, rights of privacy or publicity or any other applicable law unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents. Nevada Shooters is not responsible for any use of anything you say or post.
Do not post any materials (including software and other information) that could harm (or is designed to harm) other users' computers or would allow others to inappropriately access software or Web sites.
Please make sure that the username you choose is the one you are willing to keep. Having multiple usernames on this Forum will not be tolerated and will result in an instant ban. Repeat offenders will have their IP address(es) banned as well which may affect other member who share a network.
This is a block of text that can be added to posts you make. There is a 255 alphanumeric character limit. Links to pornographic sites are prohibited. Members are allowed to post graphical images in their signatures as long as the graphic is no wider than 350px or taller than 100px. Images larger then this will be removed from the signature line. Moderators and Admins reserve the right to remove any signature line images without notice for any reason.

Whether it be for an organization or an individual, are limited to one. You are allowed to have a single link in your signature. Multiple links will be removed. Pick your favorite! Links to your commercial website(s) (firearm or other) are not permitted without admin approval or a Commercial Sponsor designation. Moderators and Admins reserve the right to remove any signature line text without notice for any reason.
Only one image can be displayed at a time, its width can be no greater than 96 pixels, the height no greater than 96 pixels, and the file size no more than 65 KB. The Avatar must be in good taste and appropriate to all viewers. Moderators and Admins reserve the right to remove any avatar image without notice for any reason.
Please don't "spam" through our collaborative services, none of our users like it. To spam includes sending identical and irrelevant submissions to many different discussion groups, Forum emails, or Personal Messages. Usually such postings have nothing to do with the particular topic of the group or are of no real interest to those on the mailing list. To spam also includes misrepresenting the source of anything you say or post. Spamming and scrolling in Forum areas are serious violations of online etiquette.
Nevada Shooters reserves the right to ban a user at any time, without notice, from any or all collaborative services for spamming.
If you are a business, it is against the rules to promote/offer/sell your goods and services without a Commercial Sponsor title. If you wish to promote your business, please contact us to get more info on how to become a Commercial Sponsor. We offer multiple advertising plans to suit your needs and budget. Advertising and/or soliciting of goods and services is prohibited unless you are a Commercial Supporter.
The Private Sales section of the Trading Post is ONLY accessible to registered members. Nevada Shooters offers a trading post where members can buy/sell/trade firearms and firearm related goods such as ammo, accessories and more. Commercial selling and buying is prohibited in the trading post unless you are a Commercial Sponsor. The trading post is a service and can be shut down at any time for abuse and/or legal reasons. By using the trading post, you confirm that you are of legal age; you are not a felon or fugitive from justice and all transactions are lawful. You also acknowledge that Nevada Shooters and it's owners hold no responsibility for transactions or advertisers, and maintains no liability for said transactions between members, criminal or civil. All disagreements of transactions are not to be discussed in any of the Forum sections and is only the responsibility of the individuals involved. Please take these discussions privately via Private Message or outside the Forum. Please do not post on any members thread unless you have a question or it is directly related to the item for sale of purchase. The Trading Post is not a discussion section and is reserved for the transacting of the sale items. Any abuse will be met with an instant ban. The events section is for members and commercial sponsors to plan and coordinate shooting and social events. This section is further governed by rules posted in the events section. You are responsible and liable for all your activities while participating in any collaborative services area. Remember, you are responsible for anything you say or post and for protecting your own computer system. We recommend you install a virus protection program on your computer.
Our collaborative services areas are not designed as the primary places to store any materials; you are responsible for creating backups of materials you post to any collaboration service such as photos or documents, Nevada Shooters and it's owners are not responsible for loss of, access to, or deletion or alteration of any materials included in any collaborative service.
